簡要規(guī)則描述：為進(jìn)一步維護(hù)滬東新村街道轄區(qū)治安穩(wěn)定，協(xié)助派出所民警完成日常治安管理活動、街道辦公區(qū)域突發(fā)事件保障以及其他服務(wù)，結(jié)合滬東新村街道實(shí)際情況，實(shí)施政府購買服務(wù)，主要負(fù)責(zé)重點(diǎn)區(qū)域治安巡邏、社區(qū)治安重點(diǎn)區(qū)域、羈押看護(hù)、收監(jiān)押送、開展區(qū)域、場所安全防范檢查、派出所監(jiān)控中心、轄區(qū)平安屋、街道所轄的各對外服務(wù)窗口、活動場所及居民區(qū)突發(fā)事件安全保障服務(wù)、24小時突發(fā)事件的應(yīng)急保障服務(wù)、相關(guān)的服務(wù)裝備配置等及其他采購人交辦的事項(xiàng)。（具體詳見第三章采購需求書）
Brief Specification Description: In order to further maintain the stability of public security in the jurisdiction of Hudong Xincun Sub-district, assist the police officers of the local police station in completing daily public security management activities, emergency response in the sub-district office area, and other services, in light of the actual situation of Hudong Xincun Sub-district, the government will implement the purchase of services. Mainly responsible for security patrols in key areas, security in key areas of communities, detention and care, detention and escort, security prevention checks in areas and places, police station monitoring centers, and safe houses in the jurisdiction, etc. (For details, please refer to Chapter 3 of the Procurement Requirements Document)

2、本項(xiàng)目不允許轉(zhuǎn)包、分包。
